I like that there are low heat level 2 classes. the heated classes make me very sick at my stomach. For my work schedule I wish these classes were at 9 instead of 10. as of now I can only come on my day off. I would like to be able to come on a 3rd day

It was my first time practicing yoga, and I felt so comfortable and the instructor was very helpful. I didn't feel like I had to be as good as anyone else (like I have felt in a lot of other fitness classes) and it was a totally relaxing experience. Plus, I'm sore! Which is a great sign!

I love the new high intensity class & Sara is a phenomenal teacher. Your locker rooms are clean & make it easy to come take a class during the work week. Everyone is welcoming & friendly making it easy to want to do more!

With three yoga rooms, the studio can offer a variety of Hot, Power and Sculpt classes throughout the day. The studio is clean and well maintained during the day, both the yoga rooms and locker rooms. The teachers are very good.

The only area that lacks consistency is the heat for hot classes. Sometimes they're hot from the beginning of class and sometimes it takes a period of time before the humidity activates. It seems to depend on the type of class that preceded the hot class.

Overall, a positive experience. I enjoy practicing at this studio.

Multiple classes are offered at prime times so I can usually something that fits with my work schedule.
