I like the community of hard workers who support each other through a difficult experience. I appreciate the focus on mindfulness and overcoming obstacles through focus and breath. As a pharmacy resident, I have little time for myself and attending classes is one way to release frustration, anxiety, and better myself through one hour focused solely on my wellbeing.

I have been going to CorePower Yoga for 12 years. I have sample many of Denver's studios and by far "CoBo" is my favorite. The studio is always clean and the products are great. I love the teachers and classes.

I had a great experience at my class on Saturday at 7pm. It was a small class so I got a lot of one on one help with my poses. My instructor was very helpful and friendly. I haven't had an experience like that in a yoga class in a long time! Thanks so much!

Availability - I can take a yoga class on my schedule in whatever area of town I happen to be in. I love that! Also appreciate that class format is consistent across locations & even some instructors are the same.

Location (for me) is great. There are some EXCELLENT instructors at COBO, especially Courtney B, Becca, and Sasha.
The only reason I give a 9 (v. a 10) is the cost. Each year the classes get more full and each year the price goes up. :/
