Great workout. Good variation in exact poses/flow & music, even with same teachers. LOVE the numerous locations in Denver & numerous times per day classes are offered because I can't always make a certain class at a certain time.

Each Instructor is a unique Yogi and approaches the C1 class a little differently. Yet, I find that I learn and grow in my practice from each one.

This specific class was guided by Marta Mc from the Grant studio...... She is Awesome!!!
She understands and personifies the true essence of Corepower Yoga, as originally intended by it's founders, before being overcome by Bally's theories of exercise, image, and profits, known as.... YOGA sculpt? Which is not yoga? What a joke?
Please bring her back for more awesomeness... So that others can experience the real trueness (the true north) of what yoga brings to our Mind, Body, and Spirit... And please relegate sculpt to what it is… nothingness but fitness. Thank you!!!

I love the fact that I can go to any studio that has classes that fit my schedule. At the Colorado Boulevard Studio, I appreciate how much parking is available and how quickly I can get in and out of the studio.

As a beginner, McKenna was very helpful and encouraging in C1. I like the facility and saw a good selection of merchandise. Only small downside is location (but not enough to keep me away).

Just had a Clare on Saturday afternoon for C2 75 mins. She was fantastic.
