I like the times that classes are offered. I like that the webpage is kept up to date so I know who is leading the class. I love the instructors and especially Ruby! She's my inspiration so I keep coming back.

I was disappointed to see that Joe C (yoga sculpt) instructor had been removed from the Colo Blvd schedule. I sincerely enjoyed his classes and thought he had grown a nice following.

Sometimes the heat isn't consistent in the hot power classes. That's all :) hot is good!

I loved thebenergy in my sculpt class. Kendall did a great job!

Consistency in instruction, clean studios, enthusiastic instructors.

The teachers are outstanding both as Yoga instructors and ambassadors for yoga.

However, the studio needs to be cleaned more often and some parts needs to be refreshed (carpet has sticky spots due to wear; more than one-third of the men's lockers are broker, etc.)
