Love Yoga Sculpt with Sasha.
I really like the studio. It was easy to park, the studio had a lot of light and it was big, clean. Sarah was our instructor and while she was really good I felt that there were two areas her class could improve upon: The music was way too loud and I hated it; it became overwhelming distraction. Sarah worked mostly on cardio, legs, quads, squats but didn't put much into core. I come to class mostly for core during sculpting and I think she needs to balance out her routine a little more. Felt like she was winging it at one point. It got tedious.

Convenient class times. Like that you have shower doors instead of curtains! Wish you had cool cloths like some other studios :)
Instructors are very happy even for my 6am classes.....the only thing is where is the OM's chanting.....nothing like ending a class with a studio of vibration and group energy.

Great instructors thus far, clean facility and everyone is super friendly. Only downside is the size of the studio itself and the locker room size is small for the crowded classes.
