Great class offerings all day long with nice variety and great instructors. I think it'd be great if you rotated the class offering for the times, ie. 715 sculpt MWF, C2 T TH, so those of us who like that time for our work schedules can go every day. maybe it's just me who can't do sculpt 5 times a week though? LOL I've been a loyal client for years and recently started traveling less so now Im a black member too. I love CPY

I love Yoga 2 and Yoga Sculpt Classes! These classes help me to stay fit, have better balance, core strength and give me time for me. I feel relaxed and centered with more confidence. Peaceful. I always recommend Yoga to everyone.

Great classes, great instructors

I haven't done yoga in a classroom setting since my high school made me do it for a week in gym. That was in 2007 or 08. I was pretty nervous, and it was all compounded by the fact that I was the only one in the class (I think everyone went to see the eclipse).

Ruby instantly made me feel welcome and didn't make me feel awkward in the class. I'm pretty shy, and fairly self conscious, so I was worried that all the attention on me would make me feel uncomfortable. There was just the right amount of instruction an one-on-one interaction. All of the staff was very nice that evening.

It was also pretty cool to discover just how much of a workout yoga can be!

Class schedule teachers are advanced so each class is different.

I love feeling sore after a great sculpt class and being able to go into a CP2 the next day to help stretch it all out. I feel healthier and happier going to yoga every day. This is the only workout I've ever had the motivation to maintain and it makes me so happy!
