I love both the spiritual and physical aspects of the practice provided. Working on mindfulness while practicing challenging postures that demand strength, flexibility, and balance fills my needs on a deeply spiritual level while giving me an excellent workout. Despite the fact that it's hard, (I'm not very coordinated!) I'm completely addicted!
