Variety
Yoga, with Core Power as the consistent provider of leaders, has become, over the last eight years, an important catalyst for maintaining my mental and physical health. I have learned how to breathe, which has helped my running and everyday living. Yoga has improved my balance and leg strength which has made me a more confident skier and hiker. It helped me rehab a shoulder injury. Yoga provides an hour of relief from everyday stresses and is a constant source of non confrontational conversation. I love the people I’ve met and the community of which I feel a part.
