The teacher and the energy and the music are what is so important. Davina is the absolute best. I would pay more for her classes as she has the best circuits, music, and energy. I can truly escape and get the butt kicking I need!
I have missed going to sculpt when the pandemic started and I love that Core Power has stayed open and has updated their policies in regard to vaccinations and checking in. I feel very safe going and of course fantastic that I can continue my favorite practice! The staff are incredible - so kind, energetic and welcoming. Great vibes at the CPs in Denver:)
The classes are great both online and, my personal favorite, in person. If we need to go back to wearing masks for in person class, I would have no problem with it.
Love the heat, the exercise, and the instructors. it's pricey, but for me, worth it.

I love going to Core Power, the Last name removed Studio has great rooms, the teachers provide challenging adventurous classes, encourage community and self-care. It doesn't get much better.
I look forward to my classes here as much as or more than anything else I do in my week! They are a critical element in my mental sanity and everyday physical health. Thank you CPY!!

It’s really nice being able to spread out during a pandemic! Most of the other locations are so cramped. I also noticed cherry creek isn’t having you wipe the weights down after class anymore which is a little worrisome to me and I’ve been avoiding that location for that reason. So thank you for still providing sanitizing wipes. Since I’m here, I would love to see a weekday sculpt class around 5:45 or 6:00! Makes it a little easier to get over there after work. Even just once a week? Thanks! Also Irene’s classes are awesome!
There are a wide variety of class times and a good mix of types of classes
I love the instructors at Cherry Hills, all are warm and welcoming and experienced. Everyone has their own unique flair they add to class. This studio really feels like home.
Best instructors in the system. However, sometimes the instructions are clearer than others. Separately, the music can be too loud to hear the instructions clearly (even though I frequently listen to loud music otherwise).

The community at Lohi and the quality of instruction across the board are what I like most.
I would like to see physical adjustments by instructors become integrated again. And some additional classes would be nice—specifically Ashtanga.
