The staff are always very welcoming, and the facilities are clean. All the instructors are great and help layer the class for beginners to advanced students. I never felt out of place or not good enough when first starting out. Each instructor guided me through the class to help me to what was best for me. They create an uplifting environment.

I liked the diversity of classes and how the instructors teach each class differently in a good way that makes it enjoyable, fun and at the same time challenging that I get a great workout afterwards!

I love the way the classes are set up as fusions between styles, and that they are not always the same poses/movements in the same order. I think it keeps my body and my mind...on their toes, so to speak.
