Sculpt
The teachers are fantastic! They each create their own class routines and playlists—I really enjoy the variety of music and moves! The teachers also do a good job of offering modifications to both scale up or scale down the level of difficulty. 10/10 recommend!
Great high intensity class with lots of positive motivation to push through! Love the studio and instructors!
Convenient parking. Adequate locker room space. Studios are nice and not overly hot, but well-heated. You’d get a 10 if all my credit cards weren’t stolen out of there once in the past.
I really enjoy the various locations offered in my area, the variety of instructors and I love the sculpt class. I also appreciate the general concept and flow of the sculpt classes.

The personal trainers are so real and will help you reach your individual goals . With either high or low intensity workout. And different levels to choose from especially the free week . Very rewarding feeling afterwards.

Great class clean faculty started on time
Wonderful! First class and I already booked my next one! Have plenty of options on variations that show you how to slowly build up to some positions over time. Will be going back.

I really enjoy coming to Core Power, the staff are very welcoming and friendly each time. I am bit partial to the instructor of the class I normally attend. I would like to see Core Power in locations other than Dallas, I live in Mansfield and drive to Dallas for classes but can only do so once a week due to the distance. :(

I attended a Core 1 session led by Seth. It was outstanding! Seth teaches/guides in a very informative, thorough, and patient way! I will be signing up for a class pack to attend more sessions with Seth as the teacher!!!
