I recently took my Lab to be evaluated for the Day Care and you were very professional in the interview and the way you evaluate the dogs.
Everyone was so nice to her and I could see through the cameras how she was introduced little by little to other campers. She will be going soon because she is a 5 month old Lab with lots of energy and loves to play. I know that the socialization is very important for her training process.

Our dog always loves going to camp!! We watch the doggie cams and he always looks like he’s having fun and is properly cared for.

Everyone is so nice and the process is always fast!! For feedback purposes, i just highly recommend staff to check ID's if someone else is picking up another persons dog. Each time I had a friend pick up mine, their ID was not checked. Other than that, everything is perfect and my pup loves daycare

Since our relatively new pup was a street dog that we adopted from a rescue org., he is not quick to trust new people, and thrown on top of that our recent move to CO. I explained this to the staff at Camp BowWow when I 1st called in and then at that 1st interview. From that phone call to our 1st visit, everyone was so patient and understanding of our boy's trust issues. The staff knew exactly how to approach him, were kind and calm with him. He was playing with them and excited way faster than I expected! We are so happy to have found Camp BowWow!

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow for our 11 month old pup!! He has leaned great social skills and he has so much FUN!! He comes home relaxed and ready for a nap!!

We love camp bow wow Westminster! My dog Poppy has spent many days at camp and over weekends for boarding. She is SO excited to go to camp. I feel good about her being there - the staff is wonderful - very attentive and kind. We will be sad to move and hope to find another daycare as great as the Westminster camp!

I liked the friendly staff, how they listened to my concerns ahead of Benji’s trial visit. Also it was very clean and they really seemed to enjoy the dogs.

Our dog Troy has been coming to camp for years and he is always so excited when we pull in! The counselors call him by name when he comes through the door, Upon pickup he is always tired but happy. Everything is always clean and no doggie urine smell.

My puppy loves Camp Bow Wow and gets so excited when he recognizes the turn into camp. He jumps out of the car and nearly pulls me over getting into the door.

The staff seem genuinely happy to see my dog, my dog is always so excited to be there - it must be a great environment for him. I also like the care and concern with safety of all the dogs. I also appreciate the convenience of the app to book day care and boarding services.

Quality of Care/Attention:
We are so appreciative of how attentive the team is to our two dogs and their needs. We have one who’s a shy guy and another that gets a little nervous and the team does a great job gauging them to see where they are at, providing an excellent experience for our pups and us. The team is super accommodating and has been so supportive with special needs (like meds), and scheduling. Everyone we have encountered has been awesome and super kind. A huge shout out and special thanks to Daisy, Alex R, Chase, Amanda, Triton, and Vivian (or Victoria?). We see Daisy, Alex and Chase a ton and they are awesome! Thank you so much!

Services:
We love how many and the variety of services offered (types of daycare, boarding options, grooming, enrichment, etc.). The prices are very fair - because they are affordable, we can utilize Bow Wow frequently. We love the packages! We also LOVE the webcam!

For Daycare:
We love that there is a location rotation frequently, so the dogs get decompression in cabins, some outside time, and some inside time. We like that the entire day is not spent on concrete floors continuously, because that can be pretty rough on the pups paws.

For boarding:
We are grateful the kennels are not cages/crates, but walls. We have two rescues and both had trauma around crating which makes things difficult.

I take my girl twice a week, the desk staff always know who she is and greet us by name. She is always super excited to go play and exhausted when I pick her up, so I feel comfortable leaving her all day. I love watching her on the cameras and seeing how staff interact with the dogs and give each dog attention and rubs even though they are in a group setting.
I also like that if any situation arises with my pup I get a call and explanation, whether she is just not acting like herself, she gets sick, or has to be seperated for a timeout to calm down. I am always informed about how she did for the day and who she played with when I pick her up. The staff is super friendly, awesome with the dogs, and the facility/play yards are always clean.

Our pup loves coming there and the employees are super friendly. Online reservations make it super easy to book a day as far ahead of time as you want.
