The service is top notch, I’m greeted quickly and professionals every time I go in. The staff acknowledges Belle and ensure she gets the love and attention she needs while spending the day at camp. I check in periodically on her and the staff was very attentive to all pets making it easy to leave belle there for the day. I constantly rave about the service, professionalism, cleanliness of Camp Bow Wow!

Very good care for my 2 labs, Cade & Gage. Cade is 13 now & a little slow & unsteady at times. The staff was concerned & called me a few days after I left them in their care. His behavior was not new, I explained this to Jessica. But I appreciated that the staff was concerned and contacted me to discuss this.
Gage is now 9, but still as active (almost) as he was when he was a puppy. He is high energy & he loves going there & playing with the staff & other dogs. He always comes home tired.

The staff loves our dog so much! I love to get the personal notes at the end of the day, or even just a quick story about something she did. These personal touches make me feel extremely comfortable leaving our pup at camp - I never have to worry!

I like that my dog is never kenneled, and that she always has the option to go inside or outside. I LOVE the cameras on the website and on the app, and it's great to see employees always in the rooms with the dogs.

We have used several local doggie day care facilities over the years. Camp Bow Wow is by far the best.
The employees are excellent. They love dogs and know all about them so they are qualified to deal with behavior and health issues. I always know Rosie will be loved, safe and have a great time.
I love being able to check in on my girls throughout the day. Each staff member is also very friendly, knowledgeable and beyond willingly to put the pet parents mind at ease.
We love your services and will continue to use you. My only complaint is Sunday and Holiday hours. I pay the same amount on those days yet the dogs get no attention or play on them. Also it’s very inconvenient for pickup when we are limited to only those hours. Also, Sunday is hardly a day business should be “closed”. I really feel you should reassess your Sunday and holiday hours.
