Russell LOVES Camp Bow-Wow!!!
We liked Aurora location, but due to renovations, we boarded our dog at Central. Central was awesome. The totally new how to handle our elderly dog. She came home in great shape and very happy. We truly appreciate the care and love they showed our dog.
It was easy to request a reservation and grooming services, and everyone I had contact with was great. I enjoyed watching the webcams and felt confident that the dogs were well supervised and cared for. Thank you!
Everything!!! Easy to schedule, welcoming caring staff on arrival, able to see my pup on video cam, and I know my pup is safe and taken care of when he’s there!!

Your facility is beautiful! Only issue I had was the loudness of the barking dogs with no walls btw the different size dogs to keep noise level more humane.
Everyone is friendly and know Rylee as soon as he arrives. I love the enrichments they offer. They monitor the dogs, I was there early one morning when the dog ahead of me was taken back and immediately brought back out because she had sneezed. The owner had to take her home, later I found out she had a terrible case of kennel cough. I appreciate they are aware of illnesses going around and will not accept any dog that MAY be sick!!!!

This facility is amazing. The staff is so good with Miles. You could say we have co-parenting. He doesn’t like to be alone so he goes to day camp when I have busy days. He has doggie slumber parties when I have late evening plans. Also, I have researched all doggie day camps with overnights and there is no better value. Miles gets 2 full days of doggie day camp included with his overnight stays at no extra charge.

I like that the staff takes the time to make sure vaccines are in order and they are genuinely interested in caring for my pets when they come in. Also, I like that I can see my pets on camera; I just think they need a little bit of an update since at times it can look grainy or blurry to see your pet or freezes a lot of the time.
The communication from the employees is very good. Also, being able to see my fur baby on the cameras is very comforting.
As always the Cherokee location is always great with my fur baby, and she is always taken care of :)
You get to know dogs on an individual level. Your staff has a clear understanding of what each dog does and does not prefer and you respect that. The staff knows and understands dog behavior and takes that into account when interacting with the dogs and/or while monitoring the environment. I feel safe leaving my dog with you all because I know you love and respect him.. and most importantly I trust you to keep him safe.
I love that your staff is so friends and even recognizes Charlie when he comes in. Its cool to see the live cams also.

We love everything about Camp Bow Wow! Every person we talk with there is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns, and setting up reservations for our dog, Bentley, couldn't be easier! Our dog acts as though he is going to Disneyland for doggies every time we drive that direction!
I've had fur babies attend Camp Bow Wow for about two years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Linus gets so excited in the morning, bouncing all over just waiting to get into the car to go play with all his friends (both furry and human).
The staff there is amazing - I've never met anyone there who isn't friendly, professionally and, most importantly, an animal lover.
I know I don't have to worry about how Linus is treated when I bring him to Camp Bow Wow - he loves everyone there and they love him and treat him well!
