Mostly glad that the staff stayed an extra few minutes to allow us to pick up our dogs who had been there for 10 days. It was great to get them home, as opposed to waiting until the next day do get them. Thanks for making that happen for us! It meant a lot.

Dogs aren’t stuck in their kennels all day while boarding. They get to play and interact with other dogs. Price is fair. Access to playroom cameras is great too but the only thing I’d recommend improving is adding a message or notification on the app about which room or dog is in and approximately what times of the day. We spend a lot of time toggling through the various room cameras trying to find our dog. The loading and buffering takes a minute for each room camera, only to decide that’s not the right room and click to the next room to try and find him.
Friendly, comforting
We just love Camp Bow Wow and it has been a Godsend. We take our Rascal for daycare and have been boarding at Camp Bow Wow for at least 5 years. Amber and her staff are just wonderful. They always greet us warmly and Rascal is never reluctant to go inside. Amber trains and walks him when he boards. He comes home tired but happy! We love being able to see him on the Bow Wow Cameras while we are away. We are confident he gets great care. Anyone with a dog should consider Camp Bow Wow for their dog. Wonderful people and outstanding care!

The staff are so personable and friendly. They know who I am and they know my dog. Kelsey, the groomer, is excellent. I do recommend Camp Bow Wow East to many. My Dog has fun too. Rests soundly after a day of play.

I liked how the dogs were constantly looked after and remained active at camp. I also enjoyed getting an email update on Buffy's first day. The only concern I had was that she came home very thirsty. It could have been nerves; I am just unsure about the availability of water bowls.
We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Castle Rock! Our little Rivian, a one year old cream Dachshund, absolutely loves going to day camp there. He attends one to two days a week and always comes home completely exhausted from playing with his friends. It's clear he looks forward to getting out of the house and having a blast. The staff is incredibly friendly, and we love being able to check in on him through the video cams. If you're looking for a great place for your pup, Camp Bow Wow is the perfect choice!
