I can’t think of ANYTHING I’d change about this facility! It’s clean and all the staff are very friendly. They know my dog by name and are happy to see him. I am confident that I’m leaving my dog in very capable and caring hands.
I trust that my girls are in good hands and appreciate that I can "watch" them while I'm away. The team in Grandview is always so gracious and friendly when reporting back about Breck and Phoebe's activities. :)

They kept me updated on everything. When he ran out food they checked that he had no allergies and could the food there. Had two snuggles times and from his pictures he looked quite content and even had a note from one of the employee who gave him snuggle time. I feel quite comfortable boarding him there when I have to be away.
Oliver loves visiting your camp and playing with the other dogs. We’ve been going there for years and plan on going for years to come. The bath and nail treatment you give him is awesome. He is so soft when his “spa treatment” is done. You guys are the best!!

I love the webcams that allow me to see how my dog is doing during the day. The place is very clean, and there is at least one attendant with the dogs at all times.
They treat every dog like it's their favorite. The human customers are just a way to get the dog there. LOL. They are very friendly and very responsive to questions. Buddy loves his time there.
Staff members seem to really like the dogs. Also they were very responsive when I called from out of town with a question and commented that my dog "really likes her snuggles." That let me know that they were giving her a little more than just bare bones attention.
Great care for my dog. Snowball had fun playing with other dogs. Dogs are well supervised.

I love that they are always there for me when I need them. Everyone loves their job. They give the Best bathes there and their treats are to barked for! Most of all my doggie loves it there!
The staff is friendly and attentive. The facility is very clean and organized. We love how much our pup likes to go to “play with his friends.” We also like how the dogs are separated by size and the attendants in each room appear to be very attentive the all of the dogs.

This location is hands the best! We moved to Indiana a few months ago and still drive out there for our puppy to play and board. The owners and staff are absolutely the best and treat us and our puppy like family. They go above and beyond and are so caring. They listen, understand and respect us and our puppy, always put others before themselves and would go a thousand miles to accommodate! We will never take our puppy anywhere else and love everyone there like family. 🥰🐶❤️
