We discovered 40 minutes before leaving for a vacation trip that our basement living area was flooding because, as we later learned, of a failed pipe fitting in the wall. And it was a Saturday. The ServiceMaster answering service contacted the owner, he got back to me right away and said "Go. I'll take care of everything," And he did. Buy the time we got to the airport he was already at our house. He returned during the week to check on his equipment and the drying process and also kept us informed. We were so pleased when we got home to find a much better situation than we ever expected--virtually normal. Even if we had been home we could not have handled this clean up by ourselves. So I would say I liked ServiceMaster's response time, reliability, expertise, and customer service.
