ServiceMaster was out right away to get any water cleaned up and to remove wet carpet and drywall. They were back everyday to check on the progress and removed the fans as soon as the walls dried. Everything was kept clean and organized and even though I was in a mess I didn't get overwelmed.

Service master (specifically Javier) came in to preformed the cleanup within hours of us opening up a claim and by the time time I came home from work there were 20 fans, 2 dehumidifiers running and the house sealed off. Javier explained the process and said he would be back periodically to check on things.
Not only was your company extremely prompt, but I especially liked how you were able to coordinate the services of other companies, such as mold testing and remediation companies.

It is nice to have a cleanup service where their employees are curtious, friendly and professional. I was nothing but pleased with ServiceMasters and their entire staff. They were there emediately when our house flooded, and stayed all the way through the dry out, making a chaotic situation tolerable.
It was done quickly and the workers were all polite and prompt.
The concern and respect that I received from the contractors that I had to deal with. They showed lots of patience and answered every question I had for them. They also called and kept their appointments with me on time. All in all, I have so far been satisfied with the service.

The service was very prompt & immediate. I received a call within 1 hour of my submitting the claim and Jaview showed up with equipment within 3 hours. He and his crew worked into the night to begin the restoration of my flooded home. All of the team was very professional and respectful of my possessions. The packing crew was extremely careful & thorough in packing all of my items.

I definitely was impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service representative, Ken. He responded to the call placed to ServiceMaster by my insurance company, Farmers. Ken was efficient, empathic and patiently answered all of my questions. The company provided more than adequate equipment and Ken monitored the drying process on a daily basis. He was very cooperative about setting a time that was compatible with my work schedule. My impression of your restoration services are a direct reflection of the impression I have of Ken.
The only point I would like to note is that my grandfather clock has stopped and I can't coax it into working. Ken had to move it away from one very wet wall. Once that issue is resolved and I figure out the electrical bill reimbursement process, I will make that "9" a "10!" Thank you very much for helping me with a difficult and unexpected situation.
