From my first call reporting the water damage to my home, the entire team was very professional and had a sense of urgency. Mark was exceptional. He called to see if he could come sooner than the original appointment; which of course was appreciated under the circumstances. He walked me through the process, s this was my first homeowner claim, and I really had no idea how a toilet overflow could be so serious and cause so much damage. Even though it was a Saturday evening, I did not feel Mark was rushing with the restoration process which was very comforting. All points of contact were professional and the entire team did a fantastic job.
