Thin overall the inspection provides a good framework as to the areas of concern and issues. My only few suggestions would be that it would have been helpful if we could have informed on how to be more proactive in that we can inspect everything as there were areas that were not inspected due to either obstacles in the way ( Furniture and storage in the attic preventing inspection ) and objects in the way preventing the inspector from inspecting all of the areas. As I have paid the full amount of the inspection service, advance notification of what the seller needs to do in order to have a proper inspection of the entire home would have been beneficial.

Mr. Ian Frost is thorough professional and highly skilled in his work. He carried out a detailed inspection of the house and also walked me through all the small and big issues and recommended ways to fix them. He also helped me classify the immediate as well as long term expenses of the house. He is someone who would climb to almost any rooftop for inspection. He has knowledge of all the areas of inspection including insulation, roof quality, porch pillars, water leakages, electrical wiring, furnace and much more. He treats you like a friend and educates you really well on how to take care of the house, very honest and ethical about his work.
Les was exceptionally communicative: he walked around pointing out areas of concern or improvement, answered many questions that I had and indicated he would answer any later queries once all was said and done.
The entire process was friendly, efficient and met our deadlines.
