Craig did a fine job no issues with the service. However given the cost of the audit I would be hesitant to recccomend this service unless it was under a rebate progrom.
David was super nice and calm with the client. He also was able to accommodate a last minute, same day inspection which was great.
Inspector was thorough and friendly. Walked around and explained/showed us his findings and the report was provided the next day. Great service!

I liked how knowledgeable & professional Dave was. Very thorough and provided a comprehensive Assessment of the property. Provided all photos taken and a document listing all findings with a summary section outlining improvements or recommendations. Went with us through the property right after he was finished with the inspection. Gave us confidence in the property we are looking to purchase.
I find Terry Fulljames very though. I have used him often.

The people are a pleasure to deal with. That includes the lady I spoke with on the phone and both inspectors who came to my home.
The inspectors were friendly and efficient. They were knowledgeable and expressed the requirements for the inspection and what needed to be done afterwards very clearly.
I have pets and that did not deter them.
