Blair’s thorough inspection and explanation to me as the homeowner was very much appreciated. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me.

Wonderful technician. Quick and non-invasive test with very simple ways to beef up our efficiency. Well worth it.

Murray and Andrea were great to work with. They were super accommodating and professional and were always east to get a hold of. We received our report the same evening the home inspection took place and Murray was available to answer all questions we had and to discuss the property in detail. Thank you Murray and Andrea for making this such an easy and smooth process for us!

Employee was very courteous and friendly, provided a report in a timely manner. However report suggested more roof vents due to moisture in the attic. I think the report could have provided more detail on the impact of blocked soffit vents and the lack of baffles in an attic. In other words a little more scientific data on poor air circulation.
