Steve was super pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was punctual and would call before arriving. It was also rather convenient to be able to send required documents via email and pay with e-transfer

Murray was incredibly thorough and extremely helpful when it came to the inspection of our first home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a comprehensive understanding of the house they are considering purchasing. Murray really impressed us when he tested a GFI receptacle that was broken and then ran out to the store to purchase a new one and personally install in the home.
