Amerispec has been the company that we use and have recommended to others many times over the last 20 or so years. Scott Brown is very thorough and takes the time to explain his findings regarding the homes in a manner that clients fully understand. I like that he is pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Inspection was thorough and detailed..The walk through was a very informative and the inspector pointed out areas of concern and explained things. Inspector was very easy to interact with and obviously very knowledgeable. Also felt the inspector was genuine and committed to providing information to help us as buyers make an informed decision / investment. I would highly recommend Gerry Locke and will avail of his services in the future.

Inspection was thorough and very professional and I gained a lot from the post inspection discussion. However, I find the written reports to be a little too generic; which I assume is for liability reasons.
