Your team, led by Traci Thomason, far exceeded my expectations. We sustained water damage and thanks to your team's expertise, they were able to save my kitchen cabinets as well as two walls that were compromised. Unfortunately, all of my hardwood floors had to be replaced. Your team packed my furniture better than any movers we have every had. The fans and dehumidifiers were in my home for about a week and your team came nearly every day to take readings on my water levels and kept me informed regarding the levels and changed the equipment when needed. This was a difficult and frustrating situation for us as all of our furniture had to be removed from all living areas except the kitchen and bedrooms. Traci stayed in constant contact with me and provided me with information I needed regarding my insurance claim. She worked with my insurance company and took a great deal of the load off of me. Thank you for hiring such professional, courteous, and knowledgeable people. I can recommend ServiceMaster without reservation.

Careful, thorough, pleasant employees did the actual work. Estimator worked with us to give us the most service for the least expense. Management took extra time answering numerous emails and phone calls to explain possible causes of the problem and longer term remedies--as well as exactly what the crew would be doing. Overall, I felt well-treated and valued as a customer--even though this was not a "major" job for Servicemaster by Mimsco.
