When the customer asks for a POD to store their stuff, find one, do not take it all to a warehouse miles away. Wehn you refer to another contractor, such as granite, make sure they come equipped to do the job. Racks to hold the granite off the ground, cover for it to avoid snow and ice, and someone to make sure that unnecessary damage is not done to cabinets/drawers in prying off the granite.

The service we received was professional and considerate. Service Master was wonderful at getting the job accomplished and answering questions I had. Thank you. I would definitely reccomend Service Master to others.

The technician explained the process at its initiation. He provided both vervbal and written materials to explain the services that would be provided. Technicians called before arriving for each followup visit. All of the personnel were courteous and professional. Payment was reviewed on the first visit. Followups were timely to ensure that the process was proceding as planned. Weather caused one problem that was fixed expertly and in a timely manner. The problem did not effect the overall timeline of the drying services for the crawl space water intrusion. Techicians cleaned up and left the areas in the condition in which they were originally found. Thank you for your excellent services.

Arrived quickly, began work efficienly. Clean, neat Workers were polite, considerate, kind, compassionate. They were committed, consistent, pleasant and communicated the process, gave the phone numbers. They planned their work and kept me informed. Supervisors came by often to support workers.

Being stunned by the whole event was a bit overwhelming for me. I think it would have helped me to know the terms being used. I would suggest s simple vocabulary listing of terms: unsalvageable, discard, throw aways,pack out,

The mitigation work was done, however, that left me with partial walls and ruined door jambs that I am going to have finish removing. It seems that it be more efficient to remove entire pieces rather than just cut off pieces. I expected the process to be cleaner, but was left with a disconnected toilet still full of sewage in the bowl, i moved a storage bookcase and found a puddle of water underneath.
