Chris, the technician, went above and beyond anything I expected. This was a very "unusual" clean up. Chris was both professional, and sensitive to the situation.
Communication was outstanding and the job was handled as if it was his own..
When the invoice arrived, it was just icing on the cake as the cost was very reasonable for the work performed.

Holly and her Service Master Team, arrived promptly and with the necessary equipment to begin the necessary damage control from our water pipe break. Holly and her team were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in more areas of damage control and restoration, than we could have imagined. Holly even tried to help start the washing process for all out wet clothing items.
I as so touched, impressed and grateful for the care Holly took of our photo albums. The care Holly took to put our albums back together was beyond words.
