Overall service fast efficient and found specialists to be very knowledgeable about the problem we had with our water leak as to where the leak cold be coming from they provided us with alot of information when we had questions. A great big thanks to ServiceMaster. I hope to not have to have another water leak in our home but should we have another leak we know to call ServiceMaster.

The work done was phenomenal. Within 2 hours (we are 1 and half hours outside Tucson) we had a team tearing out bad drywall and within 2 weeks you couldn't even tell that there was ever a disaster. Raul Guzman led the team that removed all the damaged areas and set up the driers for the walls and Richard McDaniel and his team restored it to perfection, both teams were professional, orderly and put our safety and happiness at the forefront of their operation. We are very happy and believe me I am not easy to please when it comes to my home!
Your lead person, Francisco, was totally professional, accessible, courteous and available and explained well the scope of service being provided. Bernardo also did a good job representing himself and ServiceMaster.
