I was unhappy with the way the carpet got put down. He tore the corner and now you can see the tear. Also when he was putting his carpet stretching equipment back he banged up the door jam in a number of areas. I didn't notice this until he had left.

Very fast response time. The staff solved a power problem, made daily visits, worked until very late at night to get the problem under control, worked around my rather large dog, the various technicians were friendly, efficient, clean working and caring. It was also nice that the technicians were here when a variety of other service providers were here. I felt like ServiceMaster was very much dedicated to my needs and helping me get resolve the issues from the flood. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Every person from the people on the phone to the technicians were amazing, so professional and kind in a very difficult time. A special shout out to Mo who came on the first night and despite it being 2 am, had a smile on his face and was so kind. He made us feel like we were of the utmost importance.
