Ivan was very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole experience. He and has staff made time to make sure I was ok with the work. Their response time was unbelievable. It took the insurance company more time to call me back to file the claim then it did for them to get to my house!

Despite a storm that came through the area and the likelihood that the Service Master crews were busy, we quickly got on the schedule and had someone to our home for water in the basement the next day. Everyone who came into our home - initially to assess, checking on moisture levels and removing equipment -- was courteous and professional. They took their time to explain what needed to be done and I was confident in the expertise of the ServiceMaster professionals that the actions being taken would have a positive result, which we did end up with.

With just three people, they did an amazing job moving things, removing carpet and opening walls to dry things out. They also made additional visits to be sure everything was drying out properly. Everything that was wet was loaded in their truck and hauled away. One less thing to deal with. They were very cordial , walking into what was a bad situation to us. I was very happy with the personnel and the job they did.. I'd recommend you to friends.

I was extremely pleased with the way the situation was explained on what was going to happen and why. Once we were all on the same page and understanding what the plan was and why, the work took place in a quick and timely fashion. The amount of work that needed to be done was completed as quickly as possible. When the work was finished, there was no left over debris anywhere.
