Alyssa was great
We had a great experience with Alyssa in Deptford NJ, my 12 year old was hooked on the great haircut and friendliness of Alyssa. We went back and had Gabrielle and the hair cut was a mess. I had to fix it when we got home. She used the clippers and it appeared by the looks of his hair that they had not been sharpened in a long time. There were long pieces everywhere. The sideburns on one side were rounded and the other side were squared. Very disappointing. If we go back, it will only be with Alyssa.
Lower the prices. I know you have to cover cost. But alot of people are looking for cheaper prices

Angela77 from your Deptford location (in the Staples parking lot) was very hospitable when I first arrived. She took the time to explain everything and I really love the people, the process and the product! As an entrepreneur myself, I highly recommend getting on social media and spreading promotions in this fashion, as most guys these days, as much as they may not like to admit it, go on there, and, let's face it, no guy I know actually "clips" coupons! I explained to Angela77 exactly how I'd like my hair to be cut in the future and asked her to make a mental note of it, even beyond entering textual notes into the system. My only drawback to the whole experience was that the top of my head wasn't cut short enough, which can certainly be course-corrected in the future. A suggestion for the "GTL" community...offering a discounted 2-week "touch-up" in between monthly cuts (in addition to, or perhaps as an added offering, to your "free" neckline trims), would certainly solve my issue of my top being too long to gel properly. This may even bring in more customers on a regular bi-weekly basis!
