I’m a first time homeowner. Water damage in my house is something new to me, and so I had never needed water damage services before. The ServiceMaster team of professionals that came to help us did a wonderful job. Jeremy and Harrison came as soon as my insurance contacted them. They took the time to explain to us everything that was going on to our house due to the water damage. The company owner even stopped by to introduce himself and oversee the work. These folks went above and beyond. They went up on my roof and try to figure out how to make sure that no more water would come through the problematic area in my roof and my wall, the greater communicating, and they showed genuine concern for all that’s going on. I think it is a blessing to be able to count on a company like ServiceMaster because when you have a situation like the one we have in my house, you need people you can trust. I will call them again whenever I need them, and recommend them without reservation.

Your team is incredible responsive and supportive. Beth and Karen do a wonderful job of communicating the process in understandable terms. The whole team is very good at meeting timelines and any reasonable requests. The remediation team Dave, Roy and Jeremy were extremely professional and supportive. They respected our home and were very thorough in cleaning up after their portion of the work was completed. Beth in particular is very knowledgeable about the whole process and adept at working with the adjusters. She was also very helpful in connecting us to ABC Restoration. They too were extremely good to work with. Both teams are very caring and customer service is their top priority.
