Food is great as well as the service. We drive about 45 minutes to get to Kingsport for Dr,
shopping and entertainment. It is always a struggle to decide where to eat, but East Coast is always one of the choices. Due to the total for three people, which all love wings, I’m sorry to say East Coast only wins when it’s payday. Consider some combo meals maybe to help with the expense. We always get two orders of 25 wings plus the Brisket Mac & Cheese and a small salad. How about the salad and 10-15 wing deal or 10-15 wings and Mac and cheese dish. Just a thought. Thanks!!!
The absolute best nachos and wings anywhere, and the chips are fantastic as well. Friendly service and a great atmosphere combine to make a wonderful dining experience.
