Good service and great food
When dinning at East Coast Wings in Kingsport you can always count on two things. First, the mix of flavors, heat levels and overall food quality will always exceed your expectations. Second, the service is above and beyond expectation. I would recommend ECW to all wing lovers and challenge them to taste the difference and find out for themselves if these are not the best wings they have ever had and if they are, why go anywhere else?

I would love to request that you send your cook to train the Johnson City restaurant. I live in Johnson City and would love the same quality of food. I have to travel to Kingsport to get food

I absolutely love this place! Always clean, amazing service, food is always correct and comes out fresh and quickly. I love the tikka masala wing sauce and the lava ranch!

The owner and manager are amazing at treating customers like they matter. All the staff I've dealt with have been wonderful. There are a lot of places that could learn from the staff at East Coast Wings here in Johnson City.
I've had wings for MANY places over the years as that is one of my favorite foods (pizza? lol) but I have to say this is my all time favorite. I always look forward to going there.
My girlfriend who was never a big "wing person" loves this place. She said that she must have had some terrible wings because she loves the food here.
