I enjoy the employees attitudes and that makes me think they enjoy their jobs. That then results in better food coming out to me. The management staff at the Kingsport store are great. I’ve became a regular customer because of that. Whatever ECW is doing please keep it up.

Loved the pork belly tacos in Korean BBQ! Love the bartender Randy! He is super efficient! He has a great attitude, loves his job and makes excellent suggestions on food and beverage.
