The process was pleasant due to the circumstances. This was an insurance claim due to fire Total rebuild of 2 fireplaces and substantial water damage in several rooms including the basement. Although challenging, Servicemaster was there throughout the process from start to finish. Sam guided us through some tough decisions, but we still felt in total control.
I wouldn't want to go through it again but if I had to it would definitely be with Sam with Servicemaster.

I have had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. They have been very professional and done an exceptional job. My basement flooded and they helped me restore the basement under very difficult circumstances. Sam has supervised this job and been involved at every step, going out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster.

If I recall (and at times like disasters, recall is hard to come by)
But two men arrived, introduced themselves and assessed the problem. I engaged them and they got right to work. All I knew about that was when hey said they were through and I went and observed the work. And wow it looked great - it was a very small but messy job.
I had been aware of Service Master so I expected it to go well and it did.

Service is very quick and thorough. All employees were very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with all of the work. I was impressed that they took pictures of everything that they did for the insurance company so I didn't have to do that. They knew exactly how to work with the insurance companies.

ServiceMaster did a great job in recovering our home from a sewage backup. They arrived quickly and went to work straight away. In fact they were already hard at work trying to remediate the water damage even though the plumbers had not finished clearing the backup. They went above and beyond to get things cleaned up as quickly as possible. Then once it was all done we decided to use their contracting services to put our finished basement back to pre-disaster condition.
