I've used Merry Maids for many years now, and the decision to use Merry Maids has made my life much easier. The Merry Maids franchise in Escondido seems to be very well managed.
They are absolutely reliable, and, if a member of my regular team can't make it, they always send an excellent substitute. In the very few times when I haven't been happy with a team, I didn't have to deal with any changes. Merry Maids did so. I am also very happy that Merry Maids pays the minimum wage or more with cash rewards for exceptional work, Workers Comp and other benefits as well as a path for advancement. I pay more than I used to, but the added benefits are well worth it. I've had many exceptional teams through the years, and I'm very pleased with my present team. Thank you, Merry Maids.
