I've used Merry Maids for well over ten years now, and it was the best change I could have made for myself and family. They make every effort to send the same team each time so that they know the house and its special needs. If my regular team cannot come, Merry Maids calls me and sends a substitute team. If there is a problem, I can just call the office and they even change teams for me if that is necessary without my having to be involved. However, they train their teams well and I've been very happy with almost everyone who has cleaned my house over the years. I was very happy recently to have Connie return from hand surgery with an excellent new partner Sonia, although I also will miss her former partner, Letitia. Last week Connie could not work, and another excellent team came, Paula and Juana. In addition to the quality of the work, I have the comfort of knowing that Merry Maids pays them above minimum wage with opportunities for bonuses in addition to providing Workers Comp, which paid for Connie's surgery. Nothing is perfect, but Merry Maids provides good service with patient, pleasant, and efficient management in the office. Thank you, Merry Maids.

We were pleased with the responsiveness which you demonstrated when we needed help due to some medical issues. The team that performed the deep cleaning, Juan and Manuela, did a very good job and we were very pleased with the results. Your costs of service are a little higher than others but the fact that your workings are bonded, insured, are employees, etc. very much appealed to us. We are using you again.

The team was very professional, courteous and paid a lot of attention to detail. They worked hard through the three hours it took and stayed right at that time per my request. I plan on using them again and will refer them to friends and family

You do a real good job and you’re on time

The teams do a good cleaning job. They are very kind to our dog. Our wooden floors look so much better now that they are being cleaned with your product. I always have to adjust the microwave tray after cleaning. If left undone it cause trouble.
