We recently had a water damage claim and the service we received from ServiceMaster Advantage from Lodi was outstanding. Brock from the Lodi office, along with Eric, both were professional and responded immediately to our water damage. I would without hesitation recommend ServiceMaster Advantage (Lodi Office) to do any other work we may require. Brock and staff helped make a very stressful time easier because they handled our repair and made the whole process go smoothly with a successful ending.

Eric made everything really easy. I work full time and didn't have to worry about anything. He coordinated everything and would be there to let the different companies in and he gave me updates whenever he had them for me. He also worked with the insurance companies. I didn't have to do anything at all. Thank you so much for everything! :)

The response time was well within the time frame I was told. The tech who arrived was pleasant and professional and listened to what I had to say. Prior to the work, the tech showed me photos of the area he would be working in and told me what he would be doing.

When there was a need to do more work than first described he called our insurance agent for clearance. I was able to sit back and know this job would be done properly.
