Jim, the owner, is a very rare individual. Without question, he cares for his clients and for his employees. In a panic with a flooded family room and kitchen, I called three separate extraction companies. The only one to truly respond was Jim. He personally was the first to arrive and immediately called two of his other crew. This mind you at 6:00 pm. They simply are the best in the valley!
