All of the people that we have spoken with by phone and had in our home have been very professional and extremely helpful. Beverly and Barbara were in our home this week to clean. They arrived on time with smiling faces. Beverly and I went through our home to discuss all that needed to be done. She was very clear on how she would be cleaning and made sure she knew everything that I wanted done. They did a terrific job and were very thorough in all their cleaning. I was very pleased with their work and before leaving they asked me to look over our home to see if there was anything else they needed to do. They very very helpful, kind and diligent in all they did.
Shawn Rawson was the first person here to begin helping with the water damage and was in our home working so hard for several days. He has great work ethic and always had a big, friendly smile. He worked fervently and everything was completed to our satisfaction. We wish all the servicemen in our home were as dedicated as Shawn. Thank you Service Master for doing such a great job!
Shawn was wonderful. Always able to get him on the phone to answer my questions or concerns. The ladies and the one gentleman who packed everything did a great job. They were very respectful of my belongings. Cleanup after restoration was very thorough. No complaints!!

Friendly. The only thing i wasnt happy with is that when they disconnected the reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink they just snipped the line. If they didnt have the knowledge to do it properly they should have told us so we could have gotten a plumber to do it
