Having never used a service like this before, we were overwhelmed by everything that was happening so fast due to our water problem. Your service team was very understanding and explained the whole process of what was happening and what to expect in the days to come. They really took the time to keep reassuring us that they will take care of everything and left us contact information should we have any questions once they left.

I had a problem where there was quite a bit of water in my house and was shocked at how fast mold starts to grow. A family member had recommended your company and I am very glad that he did. Your representative , I believe his name is Andy, explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I felt very confident that I was choosing the right company. The work was done in a professional manner and I have only one more thing to say-----Thank you for giving me my home back.

your staff was amazing. This was such a stressful time for me. They explained everything. They guided me in what I needed to do. The people on the staff that helped clean up the basement were efficient. The man who came every day to check the dampness level was always on time which made my day easier as I has to leave work to let him in every day. My house survived the water damage much better than it ever whould have, if you had not been recommended. I'd recommend you and your staff anytime. You saved my house and my sanity!!!

The individuals working on the job were great.
ServiceMaster came in within hours of the phone call and acted very professional, very human. All the steps they took were very clear to us and they worked within out schedule. Even on the one day they were unable to make it for a check-in (a cold snap made for a VERY busy week in our area) they apologized and prioritized us the following day.They even left the equipment running an extra day to make sure the problem was completely eradicated.
Mike, Tim & John were extremely prompt, friendly, clean, & patient. They were respectful and took the time to explain everything to me & my daughter. This was at a very inconvenient time for all of us. New Years Eve my ceiling fell on me due to ice damming and created quite an messy emergency situation. These men totally made my home dry & clean again, they also lifted our spirits with their kindness. Keep up the great job! Happy New Year :) I look forward to them working with me again when necessary.
The gentlemen from Service Master were very considerate to me and immediately took care of the MESS without any hesitation. They were also thorough and made sure they took care of every area. Everyday they would come back to our home to check the air quality and the progress of the work they had initially done. Each and every person we had the pleasure of meeting were really great people. The boss Mike, Foreman Tom and each and every person they had come into our home genuinely cared about making this nasty mess better. I never want to have this happen again but I will tell you if every IT DID I wouldn't hesitate to call the Service Master group. They did a great job. I even told my insurance company about this group and how quickly and efficiently they worked. I have recommended them too others. The Quality of a service is a reflection of those that are in charge and the persons that they have working for them. Thank You Gentleman
