We were very happy with the thoroughness and efficiency of the ServiceMaster team. Ron Reynolds, the job team supervisor/project manager, was so responsive and was meticulous about all of the work. He answered our questions, made sure the subcontractors were at our house when they were supposed to be, and lined up the best people available to do the job.
They were quick and efficient. The work was completed with very little disruption to the household.
