Jacqlyn was friendly, patient, and professional. The crew spoke limited English, but was thorough and similarly professional. I only wish they would have swept up the debris around the dumpster.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED AT THE WAY YOUR MEN CAME IN AND PULLED OUT THE WET FLOORS AND WALLS AND CEILINGS AND SET UP
DEHUMIDIFIERS. THEY ROLLED UP THE WET ORIENTAL RUGS AND TOOK THEM IN TO BE CLEANED. ALL WERE COURTEOUS AND
COOPERATIVE. I WOULD LIKE A COPY OF THE WORK ORDER THAT YOU SENT TO THEM FOR PAYMENT. THANKS AGAIN FOR A FINE JOB!

Mostly that you are in this helpful business. The two guys (John and Will) that removed the water out of my subfloors were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, cheerful, and informative about what they were doing. They answered all my questions. Thanks to them and thanks to you, too.

What do you like about our restoration services?

I was really surprised how fast they responded, and once the rooms were checked for moisture in the walls they started the drying out process! From the time I called my insurance company, too the time service master got to my house was amazing! (4.5hrs)! They did a great job with tearing out the ceiling, and fixtures that were damaged beyond repair, and took all of it away from the property! Overall we are very satisfied with their work!
