The 2 men did a great job of cleaning up all the insulation, the ceiling & tearing up the rug from all the water damage due to water overflowing from our air condition in the attic. We arrived home from vacation to this horrible mess. They got rid of the mattress & clothing that was damaged. This rooms was my 2 daughters. My girls were very upset but the men did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess. We thank the men for all their help.
They were polite and tried to be as neat as they could under the circumstances. They realized and remarked on how I kept my home. I appreciated it. I am still owed a rug shampoo when I can finally get a contractor here to put up my ceilings.
Servicemaster came very quickly. They did not remove their drying machines until the job was completely done.

When the work was completed and SM sent 2 workers to put everything back for me, there was another surprise! They were great!!! Thanks for all the help.
