Kathy was very upset that the painter didn't paint behind the freezer or washer. Had him come back and repaint the wash room. I am a little disappointed my kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. TEXCARE LLC (cleaning clothes crew) has been difficult to work with. I have no problems with ServiceMaster.

Professional employees @ all levels / knowing their job and handling the situation @hand when the homeowner faces a crisis. Knowing how to remove select items that need restoring and assuring the homeowner that all First name removed be well again!!

Outstanding service. Response time for a difficult and unpleasant situation was immediate. Five hours on a Saturday night!! All employees were efficient, professional and understanding. I was kept informed as to the necessary work and schedule. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. I would, without any reservations, recommend Service Master of York County and will be available for any references.
