I love how the J is expanding and remodeling. My daughter who is 6 loves the new outdoor splash pad. The staff is very friendly and helpful and when you have a question, If they don't know the answers they will find someone who does.The lifeguards do a fabulous job. Keeping everyone safe. It's not an easy job having to keep telling everyone to walk & not run. However I am glad they do and work very hard at there job. Thanks to the staff and trainers you may not get told this but you are doing a great job.

There is just so much to explore under one roof! Sports & fitness has a wide variety of offerings for all ages, the pools are great, and the options for our kids seem endless. The new upgrades to the physical space are fantastic too.

Access to classes and equipment. However, given the cost of membership it would be nice if classes were free
I've enjoyed taking spin-cycling classes at the JCC for a number of years. The JCC has very good equipment for cycling and in the gym.

Staff is always helpful and courteous.
I try to visit the fitness center 3 times per week. The facilities are extremely nice since they were updated last year, and always very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also like the fact it's a family oriented organization, and the other members are friendly and courteous toward each other.
The warm greeting from the time you walk in the door to the excellent trainer and the cleanliness is second to none!!! It all makes the J an amazing place!

just came back this week pretty good experience personally I would require two weeks post vax and then you can use all the machines, bands etc doesn't seem necessary to have every other machine type of precautions for vaxxed persons no soap in the shower is way overkill you will not find any expert who says you are going to get covid from soap in a shower just not happening i would require masks throughout the building as there are kids possibly present but for vaxxed you prob don't need them in the gym all in all great to be back tho hopefully upstairs locker opens soon appreciate the J's effort during a tough situation I have worked throughout the whole pandemic and yet my wife did not want me going to the gym she wasn't comfortable hard to combat how people feel about this thing good luck

I enjoy the sense of community I have with the people who exercise with me. It’s an extra bonus to work out and see friends. Thanks for your hard work to stay open during the pandemic!
This is one of the best gyms I have ever been in, from choices of so much equipment to the trainers and front desk. The front desk is so helpful all the time. Jen does a good job of hiring really passionate people for fitness. Everyone there really seems to care. I like the new lockers in the men's room as well! Alaska Fitness is like a home away from home.
The people!! Everyone is so kind and willing to help. Deb in membership and Bob in the pickle ball area are great as well as the associates at the check in desk and the kind lady cleaning the work out equipment last Monday afternoon are part of the great experience your guests enjoy!
I like when I come over that there are always a machine I can use. I love the track to be able to walk. I like to watch TV when I can. I have not had the chance to do too many other things yet, so I can't say much about the product. I am very happy that I joined.
