Since I’m always running late for my class, I love that Nick knows my name and always says “gotcha” as I’m rushing in! Then, I think it’s great that I have two phenomenal meditation teachers who truly help me to “decompress” every Wednesday and Thursday night. It’s so worth the half hour drive for me!
Wonderful facility
First I am thrilled with the new Rio Rancho location that is coming! My hope is that we get to keep all the fantastic instructors!! I recently was on vacation in Chicago where I attended an LA Fitness gym. The instructors there don’t hold a candle to the ladies at Rio Rancho!! They are so inspiring in all of the classes I take! Jen King, Jen Kote, Eileen, Tori and Cindy and Chris! Amazing!
It is so clean all the time! The sauna and hot tub are wonderfully clean!!
Great fitness programs and instructors. Friendly staff and participants. I like the size - not overwhelming - and I like that see the same people frequently. Also a great pool with lots of class options for water fitness classes. I also take advantage of some of the cultural programs.
It will be better when it’s make 24 hours opening

The teachers at my water aerobics classes are great! The socialization aspect including the wonderful friendships I have made over the last twenty years are a big plus. I cannot forget the the friendly Defined staff who are always ready to help. That is why I have continued my membership all these years. And, you get a lot for the money expended.

Great staff, the equipment is always the best, the place is always so clean.
Nice gym, not busy or load. Perfect room for yoga.
The changing rooms were not crowded. And I saw there was spa pool! which I will try soon.
Love it but the locker room floors are SLIPPERY AF! Throw down more of that grippy grip surface that was used once a couple years back!

I really appreciate the coaching staff at CF Franco’s! The entire team is fantastic at breaking down and explaining lifts and movements. They take time to show adjustments and modifications to complete WODs safe and effectively as well as challenge athletes fitness levels. Thanks Dom, Yaz, Chris, Bryan, Tanya, and anyone else I may have missed. I love this box and you all do a wonderful job running classes!
The gym
Even though there is construction taking place the facilities are always very clean.
The facility is clean, the staff are helpful and friendly.
The pool is warm and clean.
Well maintained and has what i want
I have never been to a gym that has such state of the art equipment! I am still shocked that we have access to the machines that keep track of your shots and pass you the basketball!
not crowded, lots of places to work out, wish there were more places to stretch or roll it out though
