I like that it's clean and odor free. Lots of natural light. Windows everywhere. The location is superb. When I think about it one of the best things is that there are so many old people working out and staying fit. When I see them it makes me feel good about aging. Knowing that I don't have to be old, fat and lazy (add miserable to that list) when I turn 70. Its a true and uplifting inspiration for life itself.
There’s a little bit of everything- from classes to a quick cardio workout or personal training. Everyone at the gym is usually happy and knows the members.
