Your facilities are excellent, but far more important than your facilities are those who work so diligently within them to serve the larger community. Because I swim regularly there, I have been able to observe the hard work and kind attention of your pool staff. Hannah does an excellent job not only of scheduling and overseeing the staff--the guards and the instructors--but also, on her own, of checking equipment and cleaning the deck and pool gutters. Bob, too, is essential to the safe workings of the pool. And your instructors, like Drew, who has taught my granddaughters to swim, are kind and excellent teachers.
On another note: The programs of MCHE are excellent, as well, as Jessica Rockhold and Shelly Cline have coordinated and led wonderful opportunities to learn.
My thanks to the J for all the programs that your excellent staff have created to serve the community.
The staff is wonderful and the programs are very good
The locker rooms are so posh and thoughtfully considered. There are plenty of sets of weights available for use at the same time as well. Would *LOVE* to add a smith machine to the fleet of machines - that's a tiny request on top of an already incredible experience!
Coach K is the best! The trainers, the experience team, the vibes. 10/10 would recommend!

I like that there is a yoga class near the building I sit in (serena). Although the room is very small and crowded, it is more convenient and I miss less time from work then I would if I had to walk all the way to Bo. I also like the lockers/locker room and towels
The staff are FANTASTIC, the group fitness classes and instructors are AMAZING and the facility itself is BEAUTIFUL!

I love the family atmosphere at the J. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. The Heritage Center gives me exercise and social opportunities that fit my retirement budget!

Very friendly and knowledgeable trainers and staff. I really like when you walk in they greet you by your first name. Clean, just the right size, I don’t like big gyms
You have lots to do for kids infant to 12. That is great. You don't have much for 13 and up. This is when kids can start getting into trouble, they need to keep busy. You also do not have much for kids with Autism.
Gym I great, staff is great, and the owners may be cool. The sauna and steam room are great! Most of the equipment required for physicality is there
Th J is a safe and wholesome environment, multi-generational, and without pretense. There is variety in the equipment and class offerings and plenty for all. It is up-to-date and an attractive space.
