Cornerstone is a wonderful organization and unfortunately is navigating through tough times. I've been to the New Hope gym three times since it reopened. The first day was for a tour and to say hi to everyone; and to get comfortable with being in a gym when Covid is still very much active. All went well so I went to the gym the following morning to work out very early. There was only 4 people in the gym and all had masks on, even when they were working out. Which is impressive.
Today, I went for a schedules massage. As I was in the locker room a young man who I observed running on a tread mill came in, was within 6 feet, on me and not wearing a mask. When I reminded him that a mask was required when ever you were not on a piece of equipment his response was that he had not been informed.
I spoke to the desk, the sign was pointed out to me in the lobby. I had not noticed the sign the tree times I was in the gym. I think mask awareness and enforcement needs to be addressed for me to feel more comfortable at the gym.

I was totally impressed with how structured, distanced, and clean the club was after the closing for COVID.
To be honest, I liked the WIM better with the structured spacing.

It’s personal, everyone treats you like family. I miss having the towels, because I have to carry more. I miss easily available benches to make getting dressed easier. But I love reserving a lap lane for swimming and appreciate the extra efforts of constant cleaning for our welfare. I love all you do.

The instructors are great, well qualified. The J is small enough the it seems like a community of friends and neighbors.

I would like to thank the owner of Cornerstone for taking care of the staff during the closure. It is great that you paid them as long as you could and maintained their health benefit throughout. A loyal and happy staff is committed to the clients and keeps the clients happy. Thank you!
In terms of the club, I love that the plastic bags for wet swim suits are going away. This is great for the environment and hope it stays after we get back to "normal". In addition, so far, reserving pool lane is working (although this is only Day 3). It is good to know that I have a lane when I get there and not have to wait for a lane to open. Keep an eye for people who may consistently reserve a lane and not show up.
Finally, I really appreciate that the staff greets me by name both at the spa and the gym. It makes me feel like I am a part of the Cornerstone family.

Love the pools and the gym. I don’t do the classes but wish I did! I think the Heritage Center is such a wonderful program. Basically, I’m a lifetime center member and can’t find anything I’d do better.
